Good News- Please join us in congratulating our very own Krista McGuire (11th grade), who took 5th place in Word Processing at last week's FBLA State Competition in East Brunswick, NJ. Krista is now eligible to represent NJ at the National competition in Nashville, TN the end of June.

to Rachel Horn, Kennard Taylor, Steven Wetzel, Matt Blomgren and Cassidy Nalbone for placing 2nd at this year's Ocean County Consumer Bowl. The New Egypt team was in first place after round 1, upsetting Pt. Pleasant Beach HS and Central Regional HS by scoring 185 points. During round 2, Monsignor Donovan beat Jackson Memorial HS and Brick Township HS, setting up a round 3 match with New Egypt. It was a close match with Monsignor Donovan winning by a few bonus questions. Our team, which had been rigorously preparing with Mrs. Bette for the past six weeks, gave its best. Congratulations, you have all made New Egypt proud!
